Your equipment may be coming from the US, or Shenzhen, China, depending on the equipment purchased. Your specific delivery date will depend on the dispatch country and delivery address.
When will I receive my order?
Most items are usually shipped within 3-5 working days.Â
We do recommend allowing up to 3 weeks for your order in peak times, such as a special offer or promotion. Delivery times are beyond our control but rest assured, we only work with reliable manufacturers and suppliers to provide you with the best possible service.
How do I track my order?
Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details.Â
Taxes and other charges
Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.
About delivery fee
We will adjust the freight according to the quotations of different countries and logistics providers. If you are in a remote area and choose Yun-Express, but Yun-Express cannot deliver, we will help you choose the most favorable logistics provider among DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT to deliver your products, but you may need Pay some extra for shipping.
